Railway Stations of the Province of Ontario

Welcome!! This website provides the location of all known and remaining railway stations constructed prior to 1960 within Ontario, originating from both steam and interurban lines. Maintaining this data base is a constant process. If you are aware of any additional stations not listed or have information on a status change, please e-mail myself, Rob Hughes at rob6hughes@gmail.com. Your help is appreciated.

This web site as well looks to document many of the former and existing old factories, mills and industrial sites once connected with railway operations. Known sites have been identified on community maps. As this site grows, additional information will be added.

Below is a list of Ontario Regions, Counties and Districts. This web site is in the process of transferring data from an older page. Links at this time connect to both new and old sites. Many areas in the Province have been updated, including southern Ontario, north and west of Toronto, and portions of eastern Ontario. The site offers new and more current information (including detailed mapping and photography).

What’s new? Follow along here as pages are added.
